由香港六大天文會社主辦，香港特別行政區政府教育局合辦 「香港天文科普大會」將會在2026年5月3日及6日舉行。本大會是國際天文聯會 IAU 在香港5月4日至8日舉行的 亞太區國際天文聯會 Asia-Pacific Region IAU Meeting (“APRIM”) 的前奏活動。APRIM將會有超過500名天文科學家及諾貝爾獎得主訪港，堪稱為天文界奧林匹克級活動，也是香港今年一大國際盛事之一。

Organized by Hong Kong’s six major astronomical societies and co-organized by HKSAR Education Bureau, the “Hong Kong Astronomy Outreach Convention” will be held on May 3 and May 6, 2026. This convention is a prelude to the Asia-Pacific Region IAU Meeting (“APRIM”), to be held in Hong Kong from May 4 to May 8. APRIM, being considered as the Olympics of Astronomy, will bring together over 500 astronomers and Nobel laureates, making it one of the Hong Kong’s major international mega events of 2026.
